Follow the fabricator’s minimum bend radius for your copper weight and polyimide thickness. Tighter bends increase crack risk on rolled annealed copper.
ZIF connectors and USB-C receptacles need local rigidity. Specify PI stiffener thickness and adhesive type in the mechanical drawing.
