One-Stop PCBA Service Process
Complete, revision-controlled files help reduce engineering questions and keep the quotation aligned with the intended build. Benlida reviews the submitted package, identifies missing or conflicting information, and confirms the quoted scope, acceptance criteria, documentation, target schedule, and deliverables before production.
Files for PCB and PCBA Quotation
PCB fabrication: Provide the current Gerber files, NC Drill data, fabrication drawing, layer structure or stack-up, material, finished thickness, finished copper, surface finish, board or panel dimensions, quantity, revision, and any impedance, tolerance, testing, documentation, or target-schedule requirements.
PCB assembly: Provide all applicable PCB data plus the BOM, pick-and-place or centroid file, assembly drawings, quantity, revision, component-supply preference, approved alternatives, do-not-install items, programming requirements, test requirements, labeling, final assembly, and packaging instructions.
BOM: Include the manufacturer name and part number, quantity, reference designator, description or package, do-not-install items, and approved alternatives. Keep reference designators consistent across the BOM, placement file, and assembly drawings.
Testing and programming: If either service is required, include the procedure, pass/fail limits, fixture or interface information, firmware or software version, operating conditions, sampling requirement, expected output, and report requirement.
Revision control: Use one current revision across all files. Clearly identify any files that replace earlier versions.

PCB & PCBA Manufacturing FAQs
Quick answers about combined PCB and PCBA projects, manufacturing feasibility, component sourcing, and project-specific quality requirements.
Can PCB fabrication and PCB assembly be included in the same project?
Yes. The quoted scope may include PCB fabrication, component sourcing, assembly, inspection, testing, programming, box build, and packaging. Only the services listed in the approved quotation are included.
Can every listed PCB capability be combined in one design?
No. Feasibility depends on the combination of material, layer count, board thickness, copper, hole and via structure, trace and spacing, surface finish, board size, impedance, and other project requirements. Benlida confirms the applicable limits against the submitted revision before quotation.
Which component sourcing models are available for PCBA projects?
Turnkey, partial-turnkey, and consigned component models are available. State the preferred model in your RFQ and provide complete manufacturer part numbers, approved alternatives, quantities, do-not-install items, and the current revision.
How are inspection, testing, programming, and traceability requirements confirmed?
The applicable scope depends on the board, assembly, quantity, acceptance criteria, and project requirements. Submit the required procedure, pass/fail limits, fixture or interface details, firmware or software version, sampling requirement, expected output, and report format. The quotation confirms the applicable method, coverage, records, and traceability.
How should project revisions be submitted?
Use one current revision across the Gerber files, BOM, placement data, and drawings. Clearly identify every file that replaces an earlier version. If files change after quotation, list each changed item and wait for confirmation before the revised package is released for production.
What affects PCB or PCBA lead time?
Lead time depends on file completeness, board structure, material and component availability, quantity, required processes, inspection and testing requirements, and the current production schedule. The applicable schedule is confirmed in the quotation for each project.
